Zhejiang Hehe Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in September 2004 and is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and production of PVC and EVA rubber rain boots. The company is located in Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone, adjacent to the Wujiang River, with convenient transportation and beautiful environment. The factory covers an area of over 36000 square meters. As a leading enterprise in the domestic industry segmentation field, the annual production capacity of PVC rain shoe products and EVA rain shoe products has reached 3 million pairs and 2 million pairs, respectively. The products are exported to countries and regions such as Japan, South Korea, the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

In 1970, the predecessor of Hehe Plastic, Jinhua County Plastic Factory, was established. From then on, we formed an inseparable bond with the shoe industry.

In 1984, taking advantage of the trend of reform and opening up, the first Italian A2520 dual color rain shoe injection molding machine was introduced.

In 1985, China's first pair of PVC dual color rain boots were born.

In 1987, Jinhua County Plastic Factory was upgraded to Jinhua City Plastic General Factory. The Feiying brand slippers developed and produced are selling well both domestically and internationally.

In 1992, after Comrade Deng Xiaoping's southern tour speech, in order to pursue the world-class product level, he once again went to Italy and introduced two sets of AZ560PVC shoe making machines.

In 1999, Jinhua Plastic Factory was successfully restructured and renamed Jinhua Changjiang Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. At the same time, it has entered a large second tier enterprise in the country.

In 2004, Mr. Zhu Heliu and Mr. Wang Shengming had a visionary vision and jointly invested in the acquisition of Jinhua Changjiang Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.

On September 22, 2004, Zhejiang Hehe Plastic Co., Ltd. officially made its debut. The leader of China's PVC rain boots industry quietly enters the market.

Since its establishment 19 years ago, Hehe Plastic has invested over 80 million yuan and purchased more than ten Italian brand shoe making machines such as ZARINE and OTTOGALLI, ensuring that the production of PVC rain boots is in line with world-class technology.

In 2018, in order to expand product categories, more than 10 million yuan was invested again to complete two EVA rubber plastic rain boots production lines.

As early as 2012, the company served as the first drafting unit to draft and formulate the national industry standard for PVC courtyard shoes. In 2018, it became the "Made in Zhejiang" group standard setting unit for "special PVC safety shoes" and "courtyard casual shoes", and obtained the only foreign production license for safety shoes from the South Korean government. The company has been awarded the titles of Famous Trade Name in Jinhua City, Patent Demonstration Enterprise in Jinhua City, Import and Export Quality Integrity Enterprise in Zhejiang Province, National High tech Enterprise, and Zhejiang Manufacturing "Quality Standard" Certification Enterprise.
